Welcome to AI Goal Achiever! Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use our application, why we collect it, and what control you have over it.

2. Information We Collect

• Account information: when you sign in with Apple or Google we receive your email address and display name. Apple may provide a relay address instead of your real one. If you register with an email and password, we store the address and a hash of the password, never the password itself.
• Goals and plans: the goals you describe, the answers you give in the goal interview, the generated plans, tasks, notes and your completion history. This is the core content of the application.
• Subscription status: whether you have an active Pro subscription, which plan and when it expires. Payments are processed by the app stores, so we never receive your card details.
• Device and technical data: a push notification token if you allow notifications, your application version, platform and language, and server logs with IP address and request time used for security and debugging.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To generate your plan and keep your progress in sync across devices.
• To decide whether Pro features are unlocked for your account.
• To send reminders about the tasks of the day, if you allowed notifications.
• To diagnose failures, prevent abuse and keep the service running.

We do not sell your personal data, we do not show advertisements, and we do not use your content for advertising or profiling.

4. AI Processing

• To build your plan, the text of your goal and your interview answers are sent to our AI provider, OpenAI, which generates the schedule.
• We use the OpenAI API under terms that do not permit your content to be used to train their models.
• Your goal text is stored on our servers so that a plan can be regenerated later at your request.
• Please send only what you are comfortable sharing. Avoid including health details, identifiers or other sensitive information in free-text fields.

5. Data Storage and Retention

• Your goals, plans and progress are stored securely and retained until you delete your account.
• Server logs are kept for a short operational period and then discarded.
• Subscription records are retained as long as required for accounting and dispute handling.

6. Sharing of Information

We never sell your data. We share the minimum necessary with the services that run the application:

• OpenAI — generating and regenerating plans from your goal text.
• RevenueCat — subscription state and purchase validation.
• Apple and Google — sign-in and payment processing under their own privacy policies.
• Expo — delivery of push notifications to your device.
• Railway — hosting of our servers and database.

These providers act on our instructions under data processing agreements. Some of them operate outside your country, and such transfers rely on standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard.

7. Notifications

• Notifications are sent only if you granted permission on your device.
• They contain reminders about your own tasks and the readiness of a generated plan.
• You can withdraw permission at any time in your device settings, without losing access to the application.

8. Security Measures

• Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored on managed infrastructure.
• Authentication tokens are kept in the secure storage provided by your device.
• Despite our best efforts, no system is completely secure. We encourage users to use strong passwords and remain vigilant.

9. Your Rights

• You can view, edit and delete your goals and plans at any time inside the application.
• You can delete your account from Profile, which permanently removes your goals, plans, tasks and progress. This cannot be undone.
• Depending on where you live, you may also request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or object to processing. Write to us using the contact below.
• You have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
• Records we must keep by law, and purchase records held by Apple, Google or RevenueCat, follow their own retention rules and may survive account deletion.

10. Children

The application is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be communicated through the application. Continued use after updates indicates your acceptance of the changes.
