1. Introduction

Welcome to AI Goal Achiever! By accessing or using our application, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Description of Service

AI Goal Achiever turns a goal you describe into a day-by-day plan. You answer a short interview about your goal, available time, budget and current level, and an AI model generates a schedule of daily tasks. You then work through the plan, marking tasks as complete. Plans are generated automatically and are intended for informational purposes only.

3. Not Professional Advice

• The application does not provide medical, health, fitness, psychological, legal or financial advice, and is not a medical device.
• Generated plans may be inaccurate, unsuitable for you, or unsafe for your circumstances. Before acting on a plan that affects your health, such as training or diet, consult a qualified professional.
• You follow every plan at your own risk. In a medical emergency, contact your local emergency service.

4. Accounts

• You can start using the application without signing in; a temporary anonymous session is created for you.
• To keep your goals across devices and to purchase a subscription you must create an account using Apple, Google or an email address and password.
• You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure and for everything done through it.
• You must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, whichever is higher.

5. User Responsibilities

• Users must provide accurate and lawful information when describing their goals.
• The application must not be used to plan activity that is illegal, or that is harmful to yourself or to others.
• Users must not attempt to bypass the paywall, entitlement checks or usage limits, reverse engineer the service, scrape it, or access it through automated clients.
• We may suspend or terminate an account that breaks these rules.

6. Free Use and Pro Subscription

• Without a subscription you can create a goal and see the first days of the generated plan.
• A Pro subscription unlocks the full plan, every day of it.
• Pro also allows moving on to the next day as soon as the current one is finished.
• Pro allows generating a follow-up plan after a goal is completed, and regenerating a plan when you fall behind.
• Pro raises the number of goals you can run at the same time.
• Pro is offered as a monthly or a yearly subscription. Both grant identical access and differ only in billing period and price.

7. Billing, Renewal and Cancellation

• Subscriptions are sold and billed by the app store you installed the application from, Apple App Store or Google Play, and not by us directly.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your store account is charged within 24 hours before the period ends.
• You can manage or cancel a subscription in your store account settings. Deleting the application does not cancel it.
• Prices are shown in the application before purchase and may differ by country and over time.
• Refunds are handled by the app store under its own policy. No refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period unless required by law.
• If we materially change what a Pro subscription includes, we will tell you in advance and you may cancel before the change takes effect.

8. AI Limitations

• Plans are produced by an AI model from the information you provide and do not guarantee accuracy, completeness or results.
• Results should not be relied upon for critical, medical or legal decisions.
• We are not responsible for incorrect schedules, unrealistic workloads or any conclusions drawn from a generated plan.
• Plan generation depends on third-party AI infrastructure that can be slow or temporarily unavailable.

9. Intellectual Property

• The application and its content, including text, graphics, prompts and software, are the intellectual property of AI Goal Achiever.
• You retain ownership of the goals, answers and notes you enter, and grant us a limited licence to store and process them in order to operate the service.
• We do not sell your content and do not use it to advertise to you.

10. Limitation of Liability

• We are not responsible for any harm resulting from following a generated plan.
• To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost data.
• Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory consumer rights.
• We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

11. Account Termination and Data Deletion

• You can delete your account at any time from Profile, which permanently removes your goals, plans, tasks and progress.
• Once deleted, data cannot be recovered.
• Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription, which must be cancelled in your app store, and does not automatically refund amounts already paid.

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions as needed. Changes will be communicated via the application. Continued use of the application after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
